Coombe Farm is one of only a few producers in the Yarra Valley to produce a Pinot Gris or Grigio. 2017 presented idyllic vintage conditions, producing a wine that is delicate and lifted on the nose, with notes of elderflower, rose petals and spice.
This 2017 Pinot Gris underwent cool, stainless steel fermentation to retain the delicate fruit aromas. The palate is fresh and lively, laced with pink grapefruit and limezest acidity.
